About the tea: In ancient Greece, the aromatic herb thyme was thought to be
a source of courage and was often used in incense. This prime-season black tea
owes its sweet, earthy taste to the addition of spring-plucked mountain thyme,
complementing the richness of the tea in a captivating malty blend.
Tasting Notes: Bright chestnut in colour, with a sweet, earthy taste, malty aroma, and
smooth finish.
How to Brew: Place one teaspoon into freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes.
Strain, pour and enjoy.
