Shopping Through Online Catalogue

Do I need to create an account to shop/order?

Yes, you have to create an account for placing your order thorough our catalogue. We also strongly recommend that you register to facilitate faster checkout, to access your order history and to take advantage of our personalised services such as the Gift Registry and Wish list. Furthermore, when we have special offers, our registered users are among the first to know. Registering with us is simple—you can create an account here.

How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account are sent to your registered email address once you have submitted a short registration form. If you do not receive this email, your email service provider may be blocking it. Check your junk/spam folder. You may also call customer care at 011-41187676 or email customercare@purehomeandliving.com.

How do I place an order?

After reviewing an item, place it on hold by clicking on “Add to enquiry”. Alternatively, click on “Add to Wishlist” for future reference or purchase. Review and/or modify items in your enquiry cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page. Enter a Discount Code, if applicable. Once you have reviewed/modified your order, click on “Continue Shopping” or, if you are ready to complete your transaction, click on “Send Enquiry list”.

You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to checkout as a guest, register and checkout or checkout as a registered customer. Unregistered users will be asked for billing and shipping addresses, while registered users will simply have to confirm the billing and shipping addresses stored in their account.

How do I confirm my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as a confirmation via e-mail. These notifications contain details of your order and a unique order enquiry number.

Are the prices on your website the same as in your stores?

We make every effort to have consistent pricing across all our stores and our website. But sometimes, offer/discount are online/store exclusive. In those cases, prices differ. Should you find a discrepancy in pricing, please call customer care at 011-41187676 or email customercare@purehomeandliving.com.

Is COD available for my order?

COD option is eligible on total order value under INR 4,000. For orders with cart value above INR 4,000/-, payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and Gift Cards..

How do I track my order?

To check your order status or order history, please log into your account. Alternatively, you may also check your order status by connecting with us on our WhatsApp Chat Support Number +91 93114 04450. (Business Hours: Monday to Friday between 0900 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs.)

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship anywhere in India?

We ship at all the serviceable pin codes in India. Please verify the serviceability of your area Pin Code on the product display page under “Check your Pin Code” tab.

What are the shipping/delivery charges?

We levy INR 99 as shipping charges for orders below INR 999; above it, shipping is free.

How long you take to deliver?

We strive to deliver your purchases quickly and safely every time. Delivery time varies depending on the product and location. However, most products are shipped within few working days. Check the delivery details on each product description page. When ordering, please provide a contact number to arrange the delivery appointment.
