- Care Instruction: Kansa is handcrafted. Handle each piece with care to preserve its natural finish. Kansa vessels are safe for serving and eating, but are not recommended for storing food. We recommend enjoying water and non-acidic foods from it. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic or citrus foods, as they may stain the metal. Clean using imli (tamarind) for traditional care, or use a mild dishwashing liquid to maintain its shine. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing. Due to the handcrafted nature of Kansa, slight variations in colour, size, shape and finish may occur from one piece to another. These are natural characteristics and make each piece unique.
